I know others besides me are getting ready for this next season. I see other blogs and people on Twitter talking about it. Some places in the Northern Hemisphere are getting early snow, too. It's coming.
There's a ski equipment swap this weekend near where I live, so I'm going to take a pair of skis, bindings and boots I got from a guy in the summer of 2008 and see if I can sell them. They're brand new since I didn't end up using them last year. I'm glad I kept the tags on them. That should help. All brand new equipment like Head skis and Dolomite boots. We'll see what happens!
I'm pretty much set for equipment right now but I know I'll end up buying a bunch of stuff this season. I really want to try to Volkl skis with the wider set binding. I want to see if I notice a difference at all. I've never skied on Volkl skis before though.
Ski ya!

Once they had all of this information together, they began finding the best materials that they could use while still keeping the price that you pay down substantially. This was the goal, and continues to be the goal with The North Face ski outfitting products.
The North Face hasn't forgotten about us men either, knowing how rough we can be on a pair of ski pants, but also knowing that they have to look good both brand new, and after we have beaten them up a few times. Besides, once the ski pants start showing signs of age is when they are just becoming comfortable, so they have to still have a few seasons left in them and this point, and North Face understands. They've used the highest quality materials, and the best designers to ensure you are going to get something that looks good both now, and once you've had your fun trashing them. Even with holes in the knees, you can throw on another pair of knee pads, and start on the slopes again.
